Resolve of the Meeting:
Break-out Portion &/or Dynamic Education Session:
A Skill Share, Interactive Presentation, Personal Development Workshop, or Service will be chosen beforehand to ensure that a polled topic of interest is covered at the meeting.
However, participants may prefer the alternative to opt-out and enjoy the amenities of the Rec Center for the final hour with no agenda.
Or participate in a Break-out Session of smaller groups to go more in-depth with a subject that evolved in the Catalyst Session.
Or complete an exercise from the SMART Recovery Handbook.
This helps instill the practice to move beyond the subjects discussed in the first segment's check-in and into a response to the challenges that are collectively and individually faced by our Community.
